We will discuss your health history, family health history, medications, diet, lifestyle and any specific health concerns. Let Tammy guide you towards a healthier and balanced lifestyle through natural remedies and expert care. ***Cost of herbal formulas are not included in the herbal consultation price, cost is determined by the recommended treatment protocol. Average costs range from $50 - $100+. Herbal Formulas may be made in-house or obtained from outside providers that offer high quality herbal formulas. ***Client is free to choose where to purchase recommended herbal formulas. ****After booking, please find, complete and email the Client Intake Health Form and Consent Form at the bottom of the Book Online page to valkyrieyoga@gmail.com . Consultation will not proceed without these forms completed and sent back to Northern Valkyrie. ****24 hours is required for canceling appointments. For appointments canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time, I will be billed in full for the missed appointment, as time and effort has gone into preparing for my appointment.
