Program Overview
This 6-week therapeutic yoga program is designed to support the relationship between the nervous system, connective tissue, and lymphatic system.
These systems are deeply interconnected and play an important role in how we experience stress, movement, and overall well-being.
When the nervous system remains in a heightened state, the body begins to adapt. Muscles hold tension, fascia becomes less responsive, breathing patterns change, and fluid movement can slow. Over time, this may present as stiffness, fatigue, or a sense that the body is not moving with ease.
This program is designed to work with these patterns through a steady and supportive approach.
Each session combines gentle movement, breath awareness, and restorative practices, alongside simple education to help you understand what is happening in your body and how to support it.
