Service Description

A regular yoga practice can change your life in may ways and not just in the physical. The practice of yoga can relieve pain, help with flexibility and strength, and support us on a path of dedication to the nourishment of our body. It can also help us move through emotions we may have been holding onto for many years. Offering us a safe space we can always go back to when needed. A regular practice helps to calm the mind and the body, bringing balance and harmony to oneself. It encourages the practitioner to always move forward in their life, striving to be better and stronger. A reminder of what you have accomplished thus far and seeing what you are capable of achieving. A private yoga session offers direct focus and instruction to one student for 75 min. Allowing me the teacher to be able to place my whole attention on the student and guide them through a sequence that focuses on safety and alignment, as well as strength and flexibility. For individual one to one appointments, a consultation before had is recommended.
