Level One ~ Elder Futhark

This will be the first of three - 3 day workshops which will enable the student to acquire the knowledge and experience needed to attend the 9 day Runic Initiation Intensive. Students will receive a certificate of completion upon completing each level and a final certificate upon completing the Runic Initiation Intensive.

A Rune represents a mystery, a secret, a song and the secrets of the universe. They are the physical embodiment of consciousness itself. The Runes are living, primal entities, with each one expressing it's own uniqueness but at the same time uniting as a whole. They can heal, protect, comfort, and enhance one's life.

In this level one workshop you will learn the history, lore, and uses of the Elder Futhark and will be introduced to the first Aett of the Futhark (the first 8 of 24 Runes). The first Aett represents knowledge and the awakening of consciousness.
