About the Event
The Elder Futhark is considered to be the oldest Futhark within the Northern Traditions, therefore has a status of historical primacy. The Runes take us back to the original stirrings of magical consciousness among our ancestors. The Elder Futhark presents to us the lore and magic in its most pure and authoritative form, free from any monotheistic influences.
This is a 12 month lesson course, with 2 Runes discussed each month. There will be a brief introduction to the Elder Futhark for those who are unfamiliar with what they are. There will be 12 modules, each month will contain a lesson for 2 Runes, excercises, and assignments accessed through an online teaching platform. Plus there will be a scheduled Zoom calls throughout the year where we can discuss any insights/ information that the students may have attained while connecting to those 2 Runes.
