Join me for a supportive 4-week Beginner Yoga Series designed to help you build a steady, sustainable yoga practice from the ground up. This online series is perfect for those who are brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply looking for a gentle, accessible practice that supports strength, mobility, and ease in the body.
Together, we will learn the foundations of yoga in a calm and welcoming space. Each class will focus on basic postures, simple transitions, modifications and breath awareness to help you improve range of motion, strengthen key muscle groups, and feel more confident moving on your mat. Expect a steady pace, clear guidance, and options to meet you exactly where you are.
